We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Shipping Policy

Audiofly.com will ship completed orders Monday-Friday. All completed orders will ship within 48 hours. Audiofly.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We charge a flat rate of AUD$10 for every domestic order, and AUD$20 for every international order regardless of quantity.

All orders shipping within Australia will ship via Australia Post eParcel® Service with tracking information. Standard delivery time is usually between 3-5 days. An automated email with a delivery confirmation number will be sent. It may only update once the item has been delivered.

Sydney metro orders will be shipped via local courier and will be delivered next day if received by 10.30 am EST.

International orders will ship using various methods according to the best rate for that country. All international orders will ship insured and with a tracking number. An automated email with tracking details will be sent. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 3-10 days.

Product Availability Policy

At Audiofly we endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.  Our standard delivery time is usually between 3-5 days. However should a product that you have ordered not be available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to organise an alternative item, a back order or full refund.  

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction

At Audiofly customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.

All items purchased from Audiofly are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return anything purchased from us within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Depending upon product availability, we will exchange or replace it with another item of equal value. If you just don't like it or it's not what you expected, simply return it and we will refund your PayPal account.

We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in the original condition that it was received. Product returned in an undesirable condition (Scratched, visibly damaged, modified or abused) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. Products must be received within 30 days of you receiving it.

Please pack carefully. Do not attach a label to Audiofly packaging. Use a shipping box for packing your return. You may choose any shipping service you like to return the package to us. We strongly advise a tracked and insured shipping service with delivery confirmation. Packages get misplaced; this will help protect you from loss.

Returns are processed twice a week, usually within 72 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used for purchase. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.

Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept PayPal payments only for online Web store purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. GST will be charged on all transactions within Australia.

Product Colours and Representation

We have done our best to convey as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Furthermore, Audiofly reserves the right to change and/or alter from time to time the photography and computer generated imagery to reflect any inline product changes that occur as a result of ongoing product development.
